• Our former discovery and preclinical businesses (Pharmacology/DMPK and Drug Safety Assessment) have been acquired by Ricerca Biosciences LLC.

• Our former early stage clinical research operations (the Development & Regulatory Services consultancy and Early Stage Development business) have been acquired by the private equity firms Bain Capital Ventures and SV Life Sciences.

• For an interim period, information about the divested services will continue to be available here on the MDS Pharma Services Internet site.

Going forward, the organizations named above will be the source of information about the drug discovery and early-stage development services formerly provided by MDS Pharma Services.
